Stretching Exercises with my Students

During our morning routine, it’s a must that we do our stretching exercises. I explain to them that it helps them a lot to start a fresh morning with a relaxed mode. Then after we finish our exercises I tell them to smile 🙂 and be grateful for everything.

Here are some stretching exercises that i did with my students this morning….Have a look:


STRETCHING OUR ARMS

SHAKING OUR HANDS, THEN WE SHAKE OUR LEGS AFTERWARDS AND STRETCH OUR LEGS


WE DO SOME EXERCISES FOR THE HIPS, SIDEWAYS, AND IN CIRCLES

THEN WE END IT BY BREATHING AGAIN FOR 3 TIMES…
