Semsom: Lebanese Cuisine with a Twist

Posted on: February 7, 2010

Today I wanted to post something different, as you know Im still in Beirut, Lebanon on vacation. Today I went with my family to a Lebanese restaurant. But it wasn’t a traditional one. It serves a Lebanese cuisine but with a twist.

Their modernity comes from their food innovations like, green red and pink Hommos. And you choose your main dish and each dish comes with three siders. Like you can choose tabbouleh, hommos and fries, or you can choose Labneh, vine leaves and wedges. It’s up to you.

Main Dish with 3 sides of your choice

Pink, Green, and red Hommos

I just admire creativity and thats why i wanted to share this with you.

By the way Semsom will be opening soon in Kuwait!!
