Robots may help Autistic Children!

Posted on: April 14, 2010

Two days ago I was watching  “The Doctors Show”, one of my favorite shows on MBC4, they showed us Robots called the Nao, that can actually help Autistic children. They mentioned that robots can help these children because since they miss a lot of social cues, robots can help in this issue. They can act as playmates, and can teach the autistic child motor skills. The Nao robot is programmed for human interaction and it can recognize the human’s face and voice! Amazing!
