My guess is that this herb will have good effects on hormones, which btw control the stress feeling, a sudden rise in Cortisol, AKA “stress hormone” will definitely have huge impact on one’s feeling of well-being. Also, if it has a positive effect on Testosterone, I’ll be more than happy to take it :p
