How to get over the day to day mini-upsets, so they don’t become something greater, something that may make you eventually ill.

Taking care of upsets, anger, frustrations, annoyances when they first happen
can go a long ways to keeping you healthy and balanced.

Even if you do not know EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and the many benefits
of it, you can still do this little exercise and enjoy immediate
relief. We will be tapping on some meridians, trust me this is very
powerful.

Example:
You have many times asked someone not to do something yet everyday they do
it anyhow. Each day you look at this and get upset. Say for instance,
spouse spills the coffee when pouring in cup. You constantly ask them
to pour their cup of coffee into cup while holding the cup over the
sink. Next day you see coffee on the floor and on the cupboard door.
“Again this blankety blank blank just wont listen!” You think to
yourself, while cleaning up the mess, AGAIN.

Now we all know that simply by way of LOA (Law Of Attraction) your getting upset just
keeps the cycle going on and on. But what to do, besides pull your hair
out and get mad, that is.

Try This Powerful little exercise that only take a few seconds:

Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap the top of your Head, with your fingers of one hand while TUNING into this Feeling of frustration and say: I release and let go of the feeling…
then tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap your third eye saying I release and let go of this feeling, I just let it go now….
Side of eye-, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap and say: I release and let go of this feeling,
Under eye-, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap and say: I release and let go of this feeling
Under nose-, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap and say: I release and let go of this feeling.
Collar Bone-, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap and say: I release and let go of this feeling…
Slap, slap, slap, slap wrists and say: I release and let go of this feeling, I just let it all go right now!

Take a Deep Breath and let it out. (very important as this helps to move the bad energy
out)

How do you feel now? Better? Good go about your day until something else upsets you and then do this again. If still feeling frustrated then do
from the beginning again…only takes a few seconds.

Get used to doing this everyday, over even little things.

Next, start practicing doing this with your mind, so you can do this right in
front of someone and they will not know what you are doing. Tap the
spots with your mind while saying the words to yourself.

You will become a very calm and easy going person, without all the drama
you had before. You will find an inner peace you just didn’t have
before.

I thought to myself Who am I going to give my  lucky bamboo to? Who will continue in spreading the flow of positive energy in the classroom …….ofcourse she is the one and only “Elzie Miranda!”

Elzie is my colleague at work who has always been there for me. Even though we were seperated this year our friendship grew stronger. This is when you know who your true friends are!.

Now I know that my lucky Bamboo is in safe hands 🙂

Now that’s what i’m talking about!!  With a positive attitude you can accomplish anything…………

I thought it would be a great idea to start the week with an inspiring message. This is taken from Inspire me Today website by Stephen Edwards.

As a life long learner, one of the most important things I can share with you is the power of the simple act of forgiveness. I want to share this piece of “Soultry”, because it really brings the act of forgiveness to life.

For Ever &; Ever
Sometimes it’s hard to take things in your stride,
To turn the other cheek, look away, and swallow your pride.
But some people strike out in their anger and pain.
And we must forgive them, again and again.
Try to understand, that although it’s not okay
It’s not your job to make them pay.
Give them the benefit of what you know.
Show them love, and help them to grow.
You see, bitterness and anger only fuel the fire.
It’s to love and happiness that we all need to aspire.
If you try to find the good in all that you do
You’ll find it will reflect right back at you.
Material things are great to get and to give
But they are not the reason that we all live.
It’s those memories of moments, of times spent together
That binds us together as one, forever and ever.

Whew! I don’t know about you, but just reading those words makes the knees of my heart bend.

But watch closely here. The forgiveness that we tend to think of first is really a false forgiveness. It goes something like this:
“Well, I will forgive that rat, but I am the better person for it, and certainly a better one than him.”

Or maybe it’s a little more subtle, like this:
“Oh, I pity this poor, helpless person. They can’t help themselves because of X, Y and Z. So I will allow they are not responsible and still hold myself as higher and forgive that sad little thing.”

These are simply maneuvers of the logical mind to keep the grievance while letting it go.
And this is not a plan that will work.

No, the forgiveness I am speaking of requires some real honesty with yourself. Attend this well.

 It is important not to confuse forgiveness with denial. Instead of denying the world and its pain, which is just another form of grievance, you allow it and look through it to see a truer, brighter reflection.

 And once you look closely at the situation and realize you can’t judge – not just that you shouldn’t, but you actually can’t judge – because you can never know all the circumstances involved. Then you just relax your mind and let it go.

And that is it! That is the key! Forgiveness is simply a letting go, a relaxing, or a releasing of your logical mind. Whoooosh you can feel the peace rushing in to smooth the wrinkles your grievances have caused. Once you unlock that power then other things will be allowed to flow into your life. The blockages you’ve experienced will soon disappear as you continue to let go and be free.

From here you can change the world. Your light allows love to express itself and that will affect people and situations close to you and far beyond your awareness. But most importantly, you will feel you have finally found a place that feels like home

I saw this cool website on one of the blogs 4thringroad and thought I’d share it with my followers. I found the idea very creative and we all need that kind of attitude nowadays because of all the stress and tension we go through.
